I recently bought a leblanc Opus. I am about 20cents flat when I play with the 65mm barrel, it also came with a 66mm. How can I become in tune again. Im looking for barrel suggestions as well as maybe mouthpieces reeds, etc.

Could possibly be the mouthpiece as well. Each mouthpiece will play differently on different clarinets. It may be in tune one one instrument, and horrible as you say on another. A barrel will only slightly help the tuning, but 20 cents, I'd say try to find another mouthpiece. Also possible, less likely, the instrument itself is not tuned well.

The Vandoren M13 mouthpieces ae a bit on the long side. Are you playing a Vandoren?

I would suggest contacting Tom Ridenour. He is the one who designed your clarinet and also makes replacement barrels and mouthpieces. He should know better than anyone else what will work well with the Opus and may be in the best position to give you advice on the problem you are having.

It could be the mouthpiece, or the clarinet or the barrels. Did your mouthpiece play that flat on the clarinet you were using, probably not. Play your mouthpiece on a friends clarinet to see if it plays that flat on theirs and than ask that friend to play your clarinet to see if they play that flat on your Opus. If you conclude that it's the clarinet or barrel you probably need a shorter barrel in which case I suggest you try several different makes and models in a shorter size.
I'm playing a Selmer Signature Bb clarinet, it came with a 62.5 and a 64 length barrel, I have to use the 62.5 even though I use a 67 on my Buffet A clarinet, I also use a 67 on my old Buffet Bb. By the way, I use after market bells and barrels on all my clarinets but in those lengths. ESP eddiesclarinet.com

I had a Leblanc Concerto that had the same issue. I would recommend seeing about whether Leblanc makes a significantly shorter barrel (a 62mm should clear this up).
I have also had a different issue somewhat unrelated but thought I might plumb the depths of the 'Leblancis' on this one. There seems to be some acoustic tendency that makes the reed want to 'close up' on me while playing softly. When I first ran into this, I naturally assumed the reed was just getting on in life. However, when I swapped the mouthpiece onto an R13 or Yamaha CSG there was absolutely no evidence of the reed being anything but robust.
This acoustic tendency also is a bit evident on the Selmer Signature as well but NOT on the Privilege.............WEIRD !!!!!!
