Looks like it was probably one of P-M's student models. I would guess that it was probably made in the 1920's-early 1940's. P-M did make one of the best professional metal clarinets (the Clari-Met) as well as some good intermediate level ones (the Artist model). Unfortunately the only metal clarinets that are sought after are the few professional models that were made as well as some of the intermediate models so the value of student models is pretty low. I would say that in playable condition yours might be worth ~$100-$150 depending on how good of a player it is. It's not worth investing money into an overhaul if you just plan to sell the clarinet but if you plan to keep it then you could end up with a fun instrument to play.
