Clarinet 4th Octave fingerings

Hi people. This is my first post. And i would like to say i love playing high notes on my clarinet. Today i want to ask about the 4th Octave note fingerings. I already know the 4th octave c (c7 or double high c) fingering. And i wanna know the fingering for any of the following: d7, e7, f7, g7, a7, b7 and c8.

The fingering for c7 is: thumb.register. xoo/xoo g#/f#

If u can give me the other fingerings for the higher double high notes than the double high c (c7), that would be really helpful.
