I am due to play the Artie Shaw clarinet concerto with concert band + strings but although I have a concert band arrangement, the trombone parts are missing and I am having trouble contacting the original publisher. Does anybody know of where I could get hold of some replacement parts?

Try checking with Gary VanCott.

Seems like he can find anything, or at least get you on the right path.
Good luck!

I use an arrangement that was done for me locally by a retired university professor. Is not published but available on request for a reasonable fee. The arrangement follows the published clarinet/piano version exactly and all parts are well written for average to good players. I have performed this arrangement of the Shaw Concerto four times with three different bands and the audience loved it every time. I really should learn to play something else, but it is a good arrangement and sooooo much fun to play. Contact me off line.
