The Internet service provider for the Sneezy.Org network, cais.net, had a complete outage, affecting millions - litetally - of customers. It's back up just now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Sneezy and the nameservers were running - you just couldn't find them anymore.

ISP's are a lot like reeds, they can be playing along just fine, then...all of a sudden...a SQEAK!!
