 Can anyone identify this serial #

The serial # is 082x. I can't find it. Maybe you guys know what it might be. This guy says he thinks it is an Eb early 1900's. He also lists it as MPC. Don't know what that means. It has a wrap around octave key. Can't get any pictures.

You can't tell the players without a program, and you can't date a clarinet without a brand name. Sorry about that.
