 Buffet C13

I already looked up old posts about this Buffet C13.

But I still quite don't understand what level horn this is in the buffet hierachy.

Is it same as E11 or E13 ?

Is it made in France or Germany,or does it matter at all ,as far as quality is concerned?

The C12 is placed in between the E13 and R13 in the heirarchy and like the E13, they're made in France.

The C stands for Conservatoire (while E stands for Etudiante).

The opinions I express are my own.
