Hello everyone. Well, my marching band finally got back from DC. It was awesome to play for the Prez! It was the first time ever that our marching band had straight lines and straight columns. Our diagonals were SO GOOD!!! We were so excited. It did rain during the parade, but I had my plastics. Unfortunately, my legere died after the parade. It was already a slightly cracked second hand from my teacher. The crack went nuts somehow, but it functioned and then disappeared when I put it in my case!!!! I was quite crabby. Anyway, it was amazing. I had so much fun.

I'm so pleased that you had a great time! A member of my band was there. Sorry to hear about your Legere...but at least it died after the parade, and not during or before.
