The Paganini Caprices are available at http://imslp.org/wiki/24_Caprices_for_Solo_Violin,_Op.1_%28Paganini,_Niccol%C3%B2%29.

If you've got the chops to play them, you should be able to transpose them as necessary.

By the way, in my opinion the Michael Rabin recordings are in a class by themselves. http://www.amazon.com/24-Caprices-Paganini/dp/B000002S4E/ref=sr_1_2?s=music&ie=UTF8&qid=1307884450&sr=1-2 You need to listen to them to get an idea of their technical difficulties and the musical projection they require.
