Mr. Hill does not have a website yet. He is going to try to get one up and running soon though.

Chris is a multi-talented guy - great player, teacher, craftsman, but above all a pleasant nice person. Many int the clarinet community consider his mouthpieces to be among the best.

I agree. He may not be heavily advertised like other makers, but he definitely knows what he is doing and makes a great product.

Chris is a great guy. He also has a recording of the Rose etudes available, and piano accompaniment.
I met him once at a nearby clarinetists home while he was enroute from the East Coast to SD.... We thought he should have a rock n roll style TOUR T-shirt to commemerate the " 2003 Chris Hill Mouthpiece tour"or whatever year it was.

I know this is an old thread, but just wanted to mention I (after some conversations and some weeks of waiting) finally got some of Chris' mouthpieces for trial.

One of them, a Henri Chedeville style, was an immediate winner. In terms of tone and playability, I usually will zero in on a mouthpiece for "me" in seconds, and sure enough this was the one. Beautiful focus and depth of sound, and resonance. It sounds a little brighter up close than a Zinner, but recorded or heard from a distance, the purity of sound is amazing.

I wish I had this mouthpiece 12 years ago when I entered college! Being a clarinet major would've been infinitely more fun...
