clarinet book

I'm looking for a book entitled Bach for the clarinet-- selected movements from unaccompained sonatas--transcribed and edited by Ronald Caravan published by Ethos Publications.

I can't seem to find it anywhere, and I can't find a link that has an appropriate searchable catalog, or that has this book. Can anyone help?

I just did a quick search on "Bach for the Clarinet", and among the 11 that came up was:
