The Beethoven Trio for 2 Oboes and English Horn is great on 3 Bb clarinets. There's a transcription of all but one movement of it at the end of Book 3 of the Langenus Method.

My boyfriend has arranged a lot of things for clarinet quintet. i can try and see if i can find them if you like. also if you look on clarinetinstitute. com, sibeliusmusic.com, or imslp.org, you might be able to find a lot different things.

Music for 4 soprano clarinets ...
Telemann wrote a number of concerti for 4 unaccompanied violins (a concerto with no accompaniment? wtf?) that are available at IMSLP. One of them won't work for clarinets because of frequent 2-note chords, but the others are generally doable if you don't need to breathe all that often.
Paul Harvey's Fantasia is more idiomatic. I'd definitely get this one.
Elliott Carter's Canonic Suite is a bit short for what it costs, but it's definitely challenging.

I have a trio playing Kummer's Trio op. 24. It's moderately difficult and it's a pretty good piece.

The Mozart divertimenti for three basset horns -- you can find them on the Mozarteum site.
Even reduced to four instruments, the Dvorak serenade sounds very nice for a quartet -- it's on IMSLP.
Devienne has some very good trios.

The most enjoyable clarinet quartet I've played was a piece by Yvonne Desportes called "French Suite." Very nice.
