 Old buffet model "212C1"??

I found a good looking clarinet on ebay, but since I cant post the link, might as well ask if the model is any good...

I believe the model number was 212C1, as noted on a picture

Googling the number did not help me...
Please help me identify this to see if this clarinet is any good..
