 Martele Clarinet..please help

Hello, I have just gotten my hands on a new (to me) wooden clarinet. I have been trying to figure out what brand it is but I cannot find anything out about it. There is a stamp with the word Martelé that is slanted like /. There are also 2 stars around the word one on top and bottom...imagine like %. There are also matching serial numbers with the words "Made in Germany" below them. Has anyone ever seen or heard of the clarinet, and could you possibly give me some more information on it? Thanks in advance!

Edit: Sorry I misread the words under the serial number. It actually says "Made in West Germany". Hope that helps.
