Any ideas on how to do a Bb to Db tremolo over the break?

Leave RH down on Db fingers and third finger down on left hand while just "wobbling" LH 1st, 2nd and thumb.

Re-score it for the alto clarinet or alto sax. Trem then becomes an F to G# situation more easily played. Also, if your quick, you could switch to your A clarinet and trem D to B.

Or play it on a full Boehm.

That's a good one. I have many tremolo's on the fingering chart on my website but that's one on me. I would hold my right hand down on Db and move my left hand as quick as I would to the Bb keeping my fingers very close or transpose it on the A clarinet, B-D, a bit easier.
