Can anyone tell me anything about the piece entitled "Relationships (Seven Pieces for Clarinet and Piano)" by Robert Starer? Like what grade level it is? Or if it would be a good competition piece for a college age student? When it was written?

I've briefly played through the piece, but I don't recall that it was very difficult. I'm not sure it would be a best choice for a college-aged competition, but I'm sure it's not heard too often, and might be refreshing to the ear. Wish I could help- I'll ask around.
