What model will this belong to? Found this old barrel in a box.

No idea. Does it have any other markings?

And, really, the only useful question is how well it tunes and sounds.

I agree with Ken. Who cares what model this barrel is? Try it out and if it works for you, keep on using it!

It is a Moennig, and says 1238 670

It sticks too bad on my Bb-afraid I won't be able to get it off.

Thats at 67.0 mm barrel for a Buffet model 1238

I can't tell you which flavor a 1238 is - Buffet changed their web site again and I can no longer find the model numbers.

Take it to a tech to have the barrel adjusted (sanded down) so that it fits.
