the Concertino is a 5....I'm not sure about the rest, but there is a listing of all the solos and their levels

The Concertino was moved back to Level Six in the brand new 2000 manual. The Weber 1 is Level Five (I played it last year). The Vaughan WIlliams isn't on the lists. I think the Stamitz is a four, but I'm not sure about that. Something by Stamitz is on 4.

Well...I guess I'm not up to date....I played the Concertino 3 years ago and it was a 5, thought it still was

These are the listings for the new NYSSMA Manual, #XXVI
The Stamitz Concerto #3 in Bb, (1ST MOVEMENT ONLY required), is a level FOUR.
The Weber Concertino is indeed now listed as a level SIX.
Weber's 1st Concerto in f minor, (play EITHER the 1st movement OR the 3rd movement), is listed as a level FIVE.
