I seem to recall seeing one or two on That Auction Site --- if your has metal tenon caps, then it's probably a 'stencil' instrument made by Boosey & Hawkes.

OTOH wasn't "grange" a tradename used by Beare & Sons (now defunct in TO) of Toronto & London? In which case your clarinet is probably made in the former Czecho-slovakia
