Anybody know what this song is?

Please watch this video. I need to know what song this is, I played it for an event and I plan on submitting it with my college applications, and I need to know soon!!! Please help!!!! All I remember is that it came from a Clarinet book, and I think its a pretty classical piece by some pretty known classical composer, I just forgot who and what.

LOL! I've heard this many times, but i'm throwing a blank. for some reason i think I heard this played on the organ. Maybe this will help thigger the name...
