Need some ideas on gaining rhythmical accuracy in the Andante poco mosso
section, specifically m. 194- 195. the 32nd notes. Most of the recordings have
it sounding almost like one big ripple of notes.........

I'm not familiar with La Gioconda, but if it is one of those that slips 1/32nds in here and there, you might want to set up a LOUD metronome and work on the Rose Etudes in Eb and G-minor.
It helps if your metronome can be set to give sfz downbeats and quieter upbeats.
