The only criteria that I use to judge my standard of playing is how much I've improved or not improved over time. Once you start comparing yourself with others it can lead to a lifetime of frustration. Give yourself a break and just be happy that you have a very enjoyable musical hobby and that you are rather good at it.

I saw this some time ago, and it is still astonishing. Whether or not I would like to be able to do it the facility and flexibility that Frost displays is unbelievable.
Doesn't hurt that I love the jazz standard he's improving off of either.
