I'm in the process of rebuilding an old German clarinet for a friend.
Its a quite nice Cark Kruspe, I think its gonna turn out great.
However its missing on key roller and I think I could probably "fudge" something together but I figured I would check to see if there is a source for key rollers out there??
thanks

Any plastic (PVC) or delrin rod will do the trick - you will have to centre drill it for the screw and then shape the outside, then fit it to the key.
MusicMedic sells delrin rod in various diameters in black and white) and it's a nice material to work with, turns well and getting a good finish is easy.

Craft stores such as Michaels' sell tubbular plastic beads used for necklaces...they have many sizes and shapes and should have something usable. Cheap, too.....
