Well...given that fact that it's a more or less unknown brand, then the market value is close to zero, even if it plays just as good as a $1200 instrument. People rather sink $1000 in a wrecked "brand name" instrument than spend $100 on an off-brand gem that might be just as good.
Chances are that yours is a stencil instrument - manufactured by e.g. Malerne or Martin Frères and sold by some music store. Or it might indeed have been a micro factory in the middle of nowhere where two employees hand-rolled seventeen clarinets per month.
Your best bet would be to post some pictures with keywork closeups and the like, then maybe someone in here is able to trace down the lineage of your instrument.
