Sorry if this has been covered a thousand times, I did a quick search and didn't see a recent thread but I could have missed it.
My 9 year old daughter is starting to play the clarinet. She has my old student level Artley (resonated material) which is in great shape and is going in for a tune up this week, but the original mouthpiece is missing. The mouthpiece currently in the case is the Buffet F3A that came with my R-13. I use a 5RV lyre myself and don't care for the buffet mouthpiece. I'm wondering if the buffet mouthpiece will be a crappy one for her to learn on? It's in perfectly good shape and has been barely used, just not sure if it's the right style for a beginner. Any thoughts are appreciated; I've never been a pro on mouthpieces, I just know what I like for myself!
