Does anyone know where I can find an arrangement of O! Mio Babbino Caro by Puccini for solo clarinet and band? All I can find is the arrangement for solo tuba or euphonium. Would it maybe work if I just transposed the euphonium or tuba into my range? I love this song, it makes me cry b/c it's sooooo beautiful!

I agree! - what a lovely piece of music - never fails to be a winner in the opera theatre, and there's no reason it shouldn't also be a winner for clarinet.
A eupho + band version would "save" you in an emergency - just read the Bb treble clef part (which, for the eupho, sounds a major 9th lower - ala bass clarinet, tenor sax...)
Trouble is, a good key for the eupho (say treble clef F, G or A) is probably a little too low really to "sing" on the clarinet. A better key for you might be C or D - try it: your starting note would be the C (or D) immediately above the break.
(Problem no.2 - the eupho version could be scored a bit too heavily - although having one-player-per-part, or leaving some parts out, would go some way in solving this.)
So, unless someone can steer you towards a clarinet version, the solution is going to be to DIY! This is not as hard as it sounds (promise!!) - post another message here if you want the rave
regards, deebee
a tuba version - wot: O! my beloved oom-papa? okay, I'm outta here...

A clarinet, piano version arranged by Richard Stoltzman can be found in Aria, music based on the CD of the same name. It can be obtained from sponsor Sheet Music Plus.
