Under the "History" tab, one of the few that's actually working, the site references Dr. Omar Henderson

I sent the following email roughly a month ago. I copy it here just to save time for you (hopefully).

Thank you for the interest. The Chedeville mouthpieces are not for general sale as yet and more information about comparability and dimensions will be put on the web site when full production is reached. Unfortunately too, the first years production has been presold to interested players and shops.
