Larry Combs in Concert - Old but Choice

In the second hour of the Performance Today concert for 7/30, they begin with a recording from the Marlboro Festival from quite a few years back -- the second movement of the Nielsen Quintet, with Larry Combs in amazing form, along with Paula Robison and other great people.

Thank you for this post. This is the sound I remember from my years in Chicago. Larry Combs will always be one of the best of the best.

Theresa Tunnicliff is on that recording also.

I heard her live a number of years ago while touring with Marlboro and she was deeply impressive.

Gorgeous sound. She studied with Michele Zukovsky if I recall.
