Some Googling turned up an excerpt from a book on Poulenc by Carl Schmidt that had a list of Poulenc's works. This catalog indicated that the work was published by Eschig in 1948.
Eschig is now part of DSE (for Durand, Salabert, Eschig). The following link will take you to a list of their catalogs:
http://www.durand-salabert-eschig.com/english/catalogues.php
Here you can download a catalog of Poulenc's works. Unfortunately, this catalog lists L'Invitation au Château as unpublished (inédit). A starting point might be to contact DSE to see if they have the work and would do a print-on-demand.
Another option, if the work was indeed published in 1948 but is now out-of-print, would be to try inter-library loan.
Best regards,
jnk
