In a pinch, you could leave out one of the staccato 16th notes between bars 269 and 272 (i.e., the second 16th note of a beat, because it's unaccented).
The best one of these to leave out is probably the 2nd 16th note in bar 272, because the 2 16th notes immediately following it act like pickup notes into a new passage. So if you leave out that 2nd 16th note in bar 272, it won't sound like you left out a note in the middle of a passage. It will instead sound as if Weber wrote it that way (with the current passage ending on the first note of the bar, and the next passage's pickup notes following on the upbeat of beat 1).
