I'm interested in the replies you get because I'm having similar (can't breathe) in the first movement of Weber's 2nd concerto.
I find that I can get through your section in one breath, but that it helps to grab a big breath in the 1/8th rests in measures 252 AND 256. (Stock up on air.)
Finally, take another breath after the extended 1/4 note in measure 270.
