Okey dokey...I listened to a little bit of that link and while the instrumentation may be similar to the Balkan Bands I listed above, the tune itself is not. Which is not to say that the bands I listed above _never_ play outside their genre (One band actually has a really fun cover of "Born to Be Wild"), but the gypsy bands are a little more wild than your example.

Primarily when you hear brass band music in the Balkans it comes from a Turkish/Ottoman Military Band source, altered by the "natives" and by the Romany/gypsy musicians to express themselves...
