This is scored for,
Pairs of oboes, clarinets (majority of part in C a little bit in A) and bassoons
Four horns, two trumpets, Alto, Tenor and Bass trombone.
There might be organ but it's a few years since I did this.

Found it listed at the bottom of the page on IMSLP - 2 oboes, 2 clarinets, 2 bassoons, 4 horns, 2 trumpets, 3 horns
Hang on a minute - 4 horns, 2 trumpets, 3 horns?
