The Louisville Orchestra

I just saw an amazing new full length documentary of the Louisville Orchestra and community called, "Music Makes the City."

It's just ending a week run at a local theatre and I can't tell you where to find it next but it is a very worthwhile historic document that outlines the orchestra's position as the world's premiere exponent of contemporary music from 1947 to 1997.

Who knew?
