 Leblanc Bliss

I posted a topic about the Ridenour clarinet yesterday with some answers I was looking for, but no one ever mentioned the Leblanc Bliss clarinet. What I simply want is an overview of the tone, quality, and sound the Leblanc Bliss clarinet holds.

Why not order one on trial and get "an overview of the tone, quality, and sound the Leblanc Bliss clarinet holds."

Then let us know what you think of it!

I played the three levels of the Leblanc Bliss in a crowded demonstration room at EWU ClariNEXUS a couple weeks ago.

The keywork was pretty great, quiet and well adjusted. The horns seemed responsive using their barrels and my Zinner-based Livengood mouthpiece.

I had no chance to really test for intonation and tone color.

I am convinced that they are worth an audition.

(edited for typos, sigh)
