Cure for sore cracked lips

After years of suffering through winter playing with a severely cracked and very painful lower lip.....I have finally found a lip care product that works!
It is called Phen-Oris made by Germiphene Corporation (I think maybe a german company by the look of the package) and it is like a cream. It stings a bit going on but within 3 or 4 hours there is a marked difference! and by the next day (this will sound gross...but the dead skin is mostly peeled away)...and the cut or split healed over!
The tube it comes in is only about 2 inches long and is white with a red label.
