This is a dire emergency. I have gotten the opportunity to perform this concerto, but I did not know that the score and parts are so difficult to acquire. I have tried my school's library but it does not house this. I asked University of Chicago and Northwestern University, but they will not let me borrow it as it is non-circulating. the International Clarinet Association only has piano reductions. Does anyone know how to get this, even if it has to be mailed from around the world?
Please help, thanks.

Thank you very much. I have requested a price quote and look forward to hearing back. By any chance, do you know if it is available on the Digital Schirmer service?

Consult worldcat.org for list of libraries that own it; then take list to your local public, school, or college/univ. library and have them request interlibrary loan.
For example: http://bit.ly/dnkp3i
Be prepared to wait; it's a slow process.
