Leblanc France Mouthpieces

With the recent discussions on Chedville mouthpieces and their stencils, is there anyone that knows about Leblanc mouthpieces? Who made the hard rubber Leblanc, Noblet and Vito mouthpieces. The markings I remember seeing on them are 2V to the right of the table. I may be wrong, but I always assumed these to be from Vandoren.

Are these mouthpieces worth reworking?

I found two more mouthpieces, with no name, than had the 2V marking to the right of the table. They look in every way like the Leblanc and Noblet mouthpieces? Who made these blanks?

Many were Riffault blanks. More recent Woodwind mouthpieces were made in Kenosha from German raw blanks of NY Hamburg origin.

How much work needs to be done to these to make them decent, or should they just be thrown in a drawer and forgotten?

They can easily be refaced but it would require both facing work as well as tip rail and window finishing to make them beautiful. Their bores are probably okay. They have good potential.
