Need a website, or have someone who knows, send me the fingerings for G#, A, A#, B and possibly C5. Alan Siegel's "20th Century Clarinetist" I think had these, but I can't find copy. Anybody have one? Thanks!

You could go out and purchase copies of the Rubank Advanced Method Books (Volumes I & II) or the complete Klose method book. Both of these methods have charts to the C that is above the 5th ledger line above the staff.
For even more fingerings you can buy either or both of the Sims and Ridenour books that are available at http://www.vcisinc.com/
There are also some fingerings for these notes at this website
http://www.wfg.sneezy.org/. It would be good to get one of the above books or charts as you can't take a website to rehearsal with you all that easily.
