Does anyone have any idea what any of these tunes are? Some of them sound familiar, I hear Rite of Spring in there somewhere, and I've heard others before, but I can't identify them.
Any help anyone?

The second improv is on the tune "Nature Boy," which was a hit song for Nat King Cole in the 1940s (and also featured in the Nicole Kidman film Moulin Rouge).

The first improv, in addition to quoting the opening bassoon solo of The Rite of Spring, also contains a couple of licks that bear a strong resemblance to the third movement of Donald Martino's "A Set for Clarinet."

The opening to the first improv with the strange vibrato also bears some resemblance to the Theremin part in Bernard Herrmann's opening theme to the 1950's sci-fi movie, "The Day the Earth Stood Still."
