I would "assume" that program and housing details for ClarinetFest 2010 in Austin next July will be forthcoming in the March issue of The Clarinet. Anyone have any more recent information to share? Any idea of when the information will be on the ICA Website? Signed, Anxious.

From So Rhee, Executive Director of the ICA:
"Yes, the information will be available in the March issue (of The Clarinet), and it will also be available on our website hopefully by the end of this week. We're just running final tests on our online registration form. Thank you for your patience."

I just wish they would schedule these festivals when it's not friggin 95 degrees outside.....
Yeah there's A/C, but depending on the area that can vary from 77 to 72.

A slight digression:
I can attend either Clarinetfest 2010 or the Oklahoma Clarinet Symposium, but not both.
So, guidance please?
Would you suggest Tulsa or Austin?
I can see how Austin probably wins as a destination, but for a first-time fest/symposium goer like me, would one be more congenial than another?
