The NYPO never posted the Lindberg Clarinet Concerto performance of a few weeks back. I would have liked to have heard that also.

Perhaps they couldn't post the Lindberg because the concert was at Carnegie Hall, not at Avery Fisher. Kriikku was amazing, but from my seat the orchestra too often overwhelmed him. I even found myself wondering whether he should have been amplified. I thought the orchestra's performance was exciting and clear--just too loud for a solo clarinet to compete with.
