I'm afraid I can't help you on your specific instrument, but as a piece of data, last year I restored a Wm. Nuernberger "American Professional" (made in Germany, however) metal B-flat clarainet, and it was actually a very nicely-made instrument and played pretty well, unlike many metal clarinets. So while your clarinet may not have much market value, it could be a decent player.

Please give us first all possible info about the stamps on the clarinet and the key-work.
If the stamp shows W(infried) Nürnberger a can provide you some information later on.

Here is the information on the
Nuernberger e flat soprano Clarinet.
Stamped number(from bottom of the lower body): 28103 (also stamped "Germany")
On the Bell it reads : William
Nuerenberger
American Artist
I see no other markings on the instrument. The instrument is made of wood.
