I know that this isn't clarinet specific, but I would like to hear your suggestions of pieces for a small ensemble of 2 Clarinets, 2 violins, 1 French Horn, 2 Flutes, 2 trombones, 2 trumpets. The specifics don't matter fo instrumentation, but wehave no cellos or oboes, and I would be thankful for any suggestions of arrangements of pieces around Grade 6 in standard, but the sheet music needs to be relatively easy to get hold of. The piece needs to be shorter than 4 minutes long and not too complicated. Thanks very much in advance.

Not that I have any idea of an arrangement that "fits" but it sounds like a group of instruments that would work well for cabaret sort of music, French folk music or................perhaps Kurt Weil's Three Penny Opera. There are a lot of different arrangements out there of Weil's music, shouldn't be too hard to tailor it up a bit.

This guy has arranged 'pick 'n mix' pieces for ensembles and offers them free:

5-stemmer is 5 instruments...etc, but I think they often contain parts for 1st and 2nd etc. You could just try transposing some of the bass parts for the trombones.
You could search here as well:

I thought - why not, so I googled on 2 Clarinets, 2 violins, 1 French Horn, 2 Flutes, 2 trombones, 2 trumpets and came up with some that might be useful with some juggling of parts.
Try this one by Haydn:
Classical music composition, German dances (12) for 2 violins, bass, 2 flutes, 2 oboe, 2 clarinets, 2 bassoons, 2 french horns, 2 trumpets and timpani, ...
