I am doing a concert with an organist in June. Therefore, I wondered if anyone knows where to get these pieces:
Rayner Brown: Sonata for clarinet and organ (1965)
(The following are recorded by Guy Deplus and Guy Morancon on Meditations of Organ, Trumpet, Clarinet and Oboe – http://open.spotify.com/album/45xUtIyxfjJgNlhTkOydqi)
Schubert: Ave Maria
Schubert: Serenade
Schumann: The Bird Prophet
Schumann: Reverie
Fauré: At the Water's Edge
Fauré: After a Dream
Also, I wonder if anyone has other suggestions regarding repertoire for organ and clarinet.

The Deplus CD is titled Grand Orgue et Clarinette. http://www.catholicbook.com/images/all_cd.htm It's amazing. Deplus is marvelous in the slow pieces and dazzling in the fast ones.
The English title of the Schumannn is usually rendered as "The Prophet Bird." The Faure pieces are better known under their French names, "Au bord d'un Source" and "Apres une Reve."
Two movements from the Faure Requiem, "Pie Jesu" and "Libera Me," go very well with clarinet and organ.

Schumann's Reverie is available in a collection called Short Classical Pieces for Clarinet; After a Dream is available in the third volume of a series called Music through Time, ed. Paul Harris.
My husband created an arrangement of the Schubert Ave Maria, but it's only a clarinet part that he transcribed from an arrangement for clarinet and piano.
Arioso by J.S. Bach works really well for organ and clarinet; so do Mozart Church sonatas and movements from the clarinet quintet; Jeremiah Clarke's Trumpet Volunatry works really well too.

Thanks. The album I linked to on Spotify also consisted of pieces for trumpet and organ and oboe and organ, and the only clarinet pieces on it were those I mentioned. It is probably a compilation album, then. Also, it was the only music for clarinet and oegan i found on Spotify.

Larghetto religioso by Oskar Wermann for clarinet and organ (avail from Jeanne), he also wrote a Pastorale (for clarinet and organ) and the Church Sonatas by Mozart also work well with an organ. I think anything by Max Reger would also work as he was an organist. Many works written for piano and clarinet transfer to organ very well. Marc Delmas "Promenade" for example. If your working with a good organist, you could perform many things transcribed piano (any of the Stamitz Concertos for example). It just depends upon how well the organist uses the instrument to enhance your playing. The most important thing to do is learn a bit about the instrument you'll be working with. A good organist can really showcase your playing with the right stop settings.

There is a publication of the Mozart Four Church Sonatas, available by Hal Leonard/Boosey & Hawkes, edited by Yona Ettlinger. Has anyone tried these with organ?
The four in the set include #1 (K 67), #2 (K 68), #10 (K 244), and #17 (K336).

There is also some Kretzschmar, Concerto for Clarinet and Organ if you interested in something more "crunchy" sounding.

I have played the Mozart Church Sonatas (edited by Yona Ettlinger) with organ. They work very well.
