I have a Gigliotti P facing mouthpiece, which I really like, and would like to have a few more. it is an older mouthpiece, that Gigliotti did some work on.
The newer Gigliotti is definitely not the same.
I am hoping that I can have a mouthpiece maker duplicate what I have.
Are there mouthpiece makers who would do such work? If so, who?
I have Babbitt blanks, so I am hoping I could send the mouthpiece, along with the blanks, and have the blanks made up to match the Gigliotti.

Where did he make the adjustments? The problem is that tweaks in the baffle and chamber are hard to measure. The facing is relatively easy to duplicate if you do enough measurements. If the tip opening and the curve length are different between your old one and the current ones, that would be an important starting point.
FWIW, an AGP that I bought within the last year has the same facing measurements as the one very old one I have that still has its original facing. They each sound and respond differently from each other. (Interestingly, the new AG P34 I also bought is more open than an older one made when he was alive.) But if he did anything inside yours may be more important than the facing. Also, the Gigliotti mouthpieces were made from blanks that were designed specifically for him (using one of his Cheds as a model) - in particular the throat is visibly narrower than any other mouthpiece I've ever looked at (I've never seen a real Chedeville). If your blanks are generic Babbitts, the throat is likely to be wider, which you really can't do anything about.
Maybe you'll find someone who will try to duplicate *the sound and response* of your old one by facing and tweaking the blanks, but I doubt if it's possible to physically duplicate a mouthpiece, even one that hasn't been hand-adjusted.

It is hard to completely duplicate a mouthpiece because of all of the variables involved. I have sometimes played some that are pretty close, but there are always slight variances. That is not necessarily a bad thing.
You might first try to search various sites or possibly post a want ad in the classifieds from this site for old Gigliottis. You might find a better shot at duplicating it if you can find similar blanks.

i am not sure about everything he did-I do know that he made the rails more narrow, but he did other things besides the rails.
I am going to call Babbitt and ask them if they have blanks that are like those of the Gigliotti P facing- i know he used Babbitts for his mouthpieces.

Any chance that you know of a clarinetist who does/did refacing work on Gigliotti mouthpieces? I know he was a Korean fellow, but I cant remember his name.

I believe it was Dong-Jin Kim who did work on these mouthpieces. I believe he had been a student of Gigliotti's. Last I knew, I believe he was playing and teaching in Seoul.

I had a student several years ago of Dong-Jin and she had a mouthpiece he refaced. He did good work but you will never get anyone to make an exact copy of what you have. I believe your best bet is to try to find some mouthpieces that play close to what you have and go to someone that is good at refacing them. Then sit with them and tell them what you want them to do, like brighter, darker, freer, etc. until it's as close to what you want and then do that again with a few others. The first thing is to get the facing exactly right then it's no longer a matter of science but becomes an art. I'm sure if you ask on this board who people recommend in or near your area or state you will get some good recommendations. ESP http://eddiesclarinet.com
