That not only sounds like it should, it also fits rather nicely - "Baer" (or "Bär", as it is written in German) actually means "Bear". I would suggest "mon" as in "money".

the ae in german is an "ä" like the vocal in "where", and the "a" in "mann" you speak like the u in "fun". So in english like "Bheremunn"?
