i'm back. I have wasted an hour doing nothing and im very frustrated. But anyways, has anyone here tried Australian reeds? What are your opinions?
And since WWBW has that 10 day trial thing are you allowed to just buy a bunch of mouthpieces/ligs to try, and then send back what you don't want?

I think the Australian reeds show potential. The Vintage XLs are nice, but at times have seemed a bit more prone to warpage than they should be. However, I've tweaked my break-in process as of late, and that seems to have helped.
The Passion reeds also play well, although I bought size 3.5 and probably should have gotten 4. Too bad they seem to be the most expensive Bb cane reeds on the market!

I tried a box of the Vintage XLs once several years ago. The one thing I remember was that they were very hard compared to Vandorens of the same numerical strength.

i know for mouthpieces wwbw charges $4 of ones under $300, and $8 for above $300, if you return them.
Otherwise they are pretty nice about it and refund your credit card pretty quickly.
