Are you referring to the old Symphonies from the 40's or the new ones designed by Morrie Backun?
If the latter is the case, I have to say that the ones I tried sounded better than the Buffet RC Prestige's... it is definitely a pro model instrument.
However, I have not tried a Concerto.

The Concerto models (the original Concerto and Concerto II) were professional models from Leblanc. They are very very nice professional level clarinets.
It would be helpful if you are much more specific about what specific qualities you are after because any pro level clarinet from Selmer Paris, Leblanc, Buffet, and Yamaha and also a plethora of older models from the same and other makers are exceptional instruments.

I play on a Leblanc Concerto (original) and absolutely love it. The Concerto II is supposed to have some minor improvements, but I haven't had a chance to play on one.

I've played on both and they're both nice instruments. I own a Symphonie and I absolutely love it. Best horn i've ever played on by far.
