I used to sell recordings (working in a retail outlet) and, while my knowledge may be a little out of date, I think that certainly nos. 1 and 3 on your list should be quite freely available - I'm not so sure about number 2 - the artists are less familiar to me but this may be OK as well. Have you tried Amazon?

By the way, Ryan, are you still "an aspiring high school clarinetist"?
You're already in college!

Actually, I think the Ashkenazy Symphony 2 will be the hardest to find. It is quite old as recordings go and long out-of-print. London has a tendency not to keep recordings in their catalog for very long. Arkive Music has a London Ashkenazy as one of their reprints. Unfortunately it's with the Boston Symphony instead of the Philharmonia. [Note: I did find the Philharmonia recording at Amazon Marketplace. A couple of gougers will sell you a copy for only $55. You can probably buy a budget repressing of the entire set for less.]
The other two recordings on your list are Musical Heritage Society releases of works originally recorded on the Bis label. For an exact replacement, you might try contacting MHS. (They have a website easily found with Google.) Back in the day of the LP, they used to keep recordings in stock for a long time, maybe they still do (or print to order). If MHS doesn't have them, both of the original Bis recordings are still apparently in print (available new at normal prices). Ask if the library will accept them as substitutes.
If you really need the originals, you can try Googling for "used cds," "used recordings," etc. and send your want list to the sources you find. If any of them have one of the recordings, you may not like the price they quote, though.
You can also try Googling a combination of Sibelius, key performers, the title and the recording company. It might turn something up but don't hold your breath.
If the library won't accept substitutes, if I were you, I would ask about the fine. If it's less than $100 total, you might save yourself a lot of grief by simply paying it.
Best regards,
jnk

I'm working on this now, and as mention am having a terrible time finding the originals. The fine is 100 dollars per, so this is a much better option. However, if they won't accept new releases, I'll just pay it.
